WHAT HAPPENED:
While driving near the Beacon Rock trailer park, Mrs. Baxter stopped to check to see if her tire was flat. As she was kicking the tire,

"I felt as if I was being watched and without straightening up I looked toward the wooded area beside the road and looked straight into the face of the biggest creature I have ever seen, except the one the time nearly a year before."
