LOCATION:
Paris, France

WHAT HAPPENED:
A fireball about the size of a bowling ball emerged from a fireplace in an apartment on the fourth floor. The man living there watched as it hovered in the middle of the room for a few seconds then flew back up the chimney and exploded just before it got back to the open air. Upon inspection, a large amount of damage to the top of the chimney was discovered.
