WHAT HAPPENED:
Mrs. Reeser, probably the most famous (if not the most
written about) spontaneous human combustion case to date, was found today.
All that was left were a few bone fragments and a slipper on her almost
undamaged foot.

WHAT HAPPENED:
Anneliese Michel, a University of Würzburg student, located in (what
was then known as West) Germany, died today. She was several months into
the performance of a rite of exorcism.
